5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Your order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed or the Cash on Delivery order has been verified.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for shipping.

Vinorex reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
